GENERAL INFO
AO Sports And Fitness Youth Football Camp is a non contact camp for boys and girls, ages 5 -14. Our coaching staff will ensure each player is placed in the appropriate group separating players by age, ability, experience and/or aggressiveness to allow coaches to progressively teach basic and advanced techniques to best benefit each athlete. Participants are taught at an approximately 10:1 ratio. This ratio ensures that participants receive individual and team instruction on both offense and defense at the 5-day program. Our program provides proper match-ups to challenge the players while creating a great learning environment. We give young players the opportunity to improve their skill level no matter their experience. Whether they are a first time player or a prime time player, they will be challenged in a way that lets them improve their fundamentals throughout the week. Campers will receive training in SAQ, individual offensive, and defensive positional technique. There will also be team building competitions to teach teamwork, consideration of others, & self-discipline. Camp T shirt, water bottle and daily lunch provided.
SIBLING DISCOUNTS
In order to ease the expense of sending more than one child to our programs we offer sibling discounts. If two or more siblings sign up then you get $50 off each child.
