Established in 2019, located in the Preston Hollow area of Dallas, Texas. AO Sports & Fitness embodies a commitment to excellence in club sports and personalized training. More than a training company, we are a family oriented youth sports organization that offers year round multi sport programs designed to help players develop the skills necessary to reach their full potential as an athlete inside and outside the lines. We provide discipline, structure, and volunteer opportunities to instill respect, gratitude, and leadership qualities into our student athletes. Our mission is to build confident athletes that become positive role models within their community.
