AO Select is a multi sport select program. We host seasonal tryouts for the opportunity to earn a spot on our tournament teams. These teams are advanced level teams that involve only the most driven and dedicated athletes and offer a convenient schedule and play in tournaments around Texas against high-level competition. This is ideal for players who play other sports but want to compete and train at the highest level. Although everyone receives playtime throughout the tournaments, players must understand that equal playing time in games is not the goal of this program. It is our belief that playing time is earned during practice while also having the ability to perform when in a game. AO Select does NOT recruit athletes from other teams, schools or organizations. Every athlete must earn and maintain their position on the team through consistent performance and improvement within our program. AO Select is committed to delivering a superior club team experience for players and families looking for more than what is typically offered in the youth sports marketplace. Players will be pushed at practice to reach their highest potential by creating a high rep and high intensity environment that consistently produces structured in game scenarios that foster learning and rapid player development that will undoubtedly help a player achieve a higher level of overall performance. The result is an accelerated development of player IQ and overall skill. The level of instruction we provide is unique and unlike anything, most players have ever experienced.
